Description -

The Meditation Dress is a unique outfit with major religious and spiritual significance to the Hindu community. It consists of 1,111 beads of the 5 Mukhi Rudraksha from Nepal. Inspired by the Shiv Purana, the dress is beneficial for wearing the Rudraksha beads on different parts of the body to attain Rudrahood. The Meditation Dress is replete with 3 strands of 120 beads each for the Yagnopaveet, one strand of 108 beads for the chest, 11 beads each for the wrists, 6 beads each for the ears, 5 beads for the navel area, 32 beads for the throat, and 550 beads for the head. The Meditation Dress is energized and blessed according to our Shastras and comes with a protective capping. It is a perfect outfit for anyone who wants to meditate and connect with Lord Shiva. The Meditation Dress is a symbol of devotion and spirituality.

Configuration -

1111 x 5 Mukhi 

• Wash and oil the Rudraksha with almond oil once a month using a soft brush. Chant ‘Om Namah Shivaye’ before wearing it the next day.
• Remove it during sexual intercourse and funeral visits.
• You can remove it while eating non-vegetarian food or drinking alcohol and wear it again later.
• Women can wear it all the time, even during menstrual cycles, as per the scriptures.
• To energise it, touch it to a shivling and chant ‘Om Namah Shivaye’ 11 times. Do a Rudrabhishek of it when possible.
• Do not wear or use a Rudraksha Mala worn by others. Keep a separate Mala for Japa and for wearing
