Found in the sacred Gandaki River of Nepal, the Shaligram is revered as a natural symbol of Lord Vishnu. Formed over millions of years, it is worshipped for peace, prosperity, and divine protection.
The Sudarshan Chakra Shaligram is one of the rare and powerful forms of Shaligrams. It bears markings that resemble the Sudarshan Chakra, the divine weapon of Lord Vishnu. Keeping and worshipping it during rituals like Satyanarayan Puja, Griha Pravesh, or other holy ceremonies is considered highly auspicious.
Note: Sourced from Nepal, Rudralife’s Sudarshan Shaligram is revered for its divine energy and purity, a sacred symbol of Lord Vishnu that brings protection, prosperity, and spiritual strength to the wearer.
Story Of Shaligram
Shaligram stones are fossilized ammonites, found only in the Kali Gandaki River in Nepal’s Muktinath region, near Damodar Kund. As per Hindu mythology, Lord Vishnu was cursed by Goddess Tulsi to turn into stone after deceiving her trust. To honor her devotion, Vishnu manifested in the form of the Shaligram Shila, while Tulsi became the Tulsi plant. Worshipping both together is believed to bring balance, harmony, and divine grace into one’s life.
